Pregnancy and fertility related issues, much like health in general, can be a sensitive subject. It is my experience that having a direct link with a counsellor can create a form of calmness. This is why I have created a subscription package and I feel I can give you the best experience this way.

Consultations can be held either face to face or via video or phone call. This is completely up to you. If you have chosen the subscription package, we will be in continuous contact through a messenger-service.

Subscription (Recommended)

Take a little stress out of pregnancy. With me on hand via a messaging service, you’ll be able to get answers to all of the confusing questions as they pop up. On top of that we will have time set aside for regular, more in-depth consultations.

  • Daily access to Sofia via instant messaging service
  • 1 x Initial Consultation (90 mins)
  • 1 x Follow-up Consultation per month (45 mins)
  • Discounted Additional Follow-up Consultations

1200 DKK per month (3 month min. sign up)

Bundle

With the consultation Bundle you will receive 3 consultations. The longer initial consultation allows us to work together in depth to set a focus, which we will re-visit and build on during the follow-ups.

  • 1 x Initial Consultation (90 mins)
  • 2 x Follow-up consultations (45 mins each)

Single Consultations

If you would rather not commit to a full plan right away, or would simply like to see if we work well together you may prefer to book single sessions. An initial consultation is for first timers and follow-ups can be added to build on an area of focus.
